Data Delete Policy

We delete personal data in accordance with the following procedures:

  • Inactive Accounts: We delete user accounts that have been inactive within 3 months.
  • Completed Transactions: We delete transaction history and related personal data within 6 month after the transaction is completed.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: If a user withdraws their consent for us to process their personal data, we delete the relevant data with in 7 days.
  • If user want to close their account and immediate data removal related him/her account, they can drop an email to support team (support[@]smsindiahub.in) or their account manager.
